Can I purchase a listing template and use the graphics other places on my eBay store/ website/ My Space page, etc? 4. What payment methods do you accept? Have a question that you don't see listed here? Click this line to email us! How long does it take to get done? That's a tricky question to answer. It depends on how quickly you are able to respond to us when we email you proofs. On average, barring any special circumstances, it takes about a week to complete the design work on an eBay store and 2-3 weeks to complete a website. Because of our low prices, we stay extremely busy and normally have a wait list for our services. To get on our wait list, you just need to purchase and pay for your order and you will automatically be added. Once we receive your order, we will email you with an expected start date for your project. If you'd like to know where our wait list currently stands, email us and we should be able to give you an estimate! We do accept rush orders if it's important that your store gets done in a hurry. The rush order fee is $200 in addition to the cost of your project. It doesn't change the time frame it takes to complete the design work, but it does bump you to the front of the wait list so we can start on your project immediately. You do not need to have any HTML knowledge. What do you need from me to do my design? Once you place your order, we will send you a design questionnaire to gather information about your project. This questionnaire is pretty specific and it's important that you take your time and fill it out completely. We will need any images that you want used in your store design. For a website purchase, you will need to order web hosting, a domain name and if it's an e-commerce website, you will also need a SSL certificate for security. How does the store design process work? Once you purchase and pay for your custom work, we will send you a design questionnaire to help us get a better idea of what you're looking for. Once you return that back to us and it's time to start your project, we will begin the design process. We send you updates and pictures throughout the process so that you are totally informed on where we are in the design process and to make sure that you LOVE your design! We finish one piece of your store at a time and get it uploaded for you. What's the difference between a "Header" and a "Store Front"? A header is the portion of your eBay store that usually includes your logo and sets ABOVE the center of your store, store categories and store search box. The store front is the center space of your store that sits NEXT TO your store categories and store search box. It is directly below your header. Click on the picture below to see a visual of this. Can I use the graphics you create for me in a different part of my eBay store/ website/ My Space page, etc. No, you can't. We've determined through research that *most* eBay sellers just need the design work we do for a single purpose. So, to keep our prices so low we only charge you for the use of our items for a single purpose. We are happy to sell you a license to use our work where ever you need it, but our prices that are listed are for a single purpose. For example, if you purchase a listing template, you can use that listing template AS a listing template in one eBay store only. You can't break up the code to use in other areas of your store/website/My Space page, etc. nor can you use the graphics in other areas of your store/website/My Space page either. If you need custom graphics done that you can use anywhere, just email us and we will provide a quote for you on the cost of the graphics. We've done it this way because most sellers do not need graphics they can use anywhere so why charge you for something you don't need?!? Do I need to know HTML to use a listing template from your store? A little HTML knowledge is certainly helpful, however, it's not necessary. A listing template is code and graphics that are compiled together to make a stunning page for listing your items. How long will it take to get my listing template? If you have purchased a pre-made template, we can usually get the coded template to you within 24 - 48 hours of you providing us with your store/email information. If you have purchased a custom listing template, it will depend on how many custom work projects are before yours....email us for a time estimate. Can I use this listing template in multiple eBay stores? No, you are purchasing the use of the template in one eBay store only....which is why our prices are so inexpensive. If you need to use it in multiple stores, email us for a price quote for a multi-store license. Can I use the graphics from my new listing template to make my own store front/About Me Page, etc? No, you can't. We've determined through research that *most* eBay sellers just need their eBay store designed. It's the page where you can tell your story of how you got started in your business and it's the place where your customers get to know a little bit about you and where you can begin to gain their trust.
